Cookies
The small number of cookies this site uses, and how to control them.
The short version
This marketing site uses essential cookies so pages load and so a logged-in editor can stay signed in.
Optional statistics or marketing cookies only run if you accept them in the banner. We do not sell cookie data.
You can change your choice in the banner, or block cookies in your browser.
1. What we use
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This marketing website (myreflections.app) uses them mainly to keep WordPress working for readers and for people who maintain the site. The My Reflections iOS and Android apps and the web app at go.myreflections.app are separate products; they use account sessions and similar storage for sign-in, not advertising cookies.
2. Essential cookies
These are required for the site to load, for security features on forms where configured, and for the WordPress login used by people who edit content. They are not used to advertise to you across other sites.
3. Statistics and marketing
A consent banner on this site lets you choose Essential only, Accept all, or Manage. Essential cookies stay on. Statistics cookies, if you allow them, help us see which pages are useful in aggregate. Marketing cookies, if you allow them, are for advertising or remarketing where that category is enabled. We do not sell cookie data. You can change your choice later through the banner controls.
4. The apps
The iOS and Android apps do not use advertising cookies. Push notification tokens, if you enable reminders, are device tokens stored with your account, not browser cookies. The web app stores authentication and preference data needed to keep you signed in and sync your journal; that is not used to build an advertising profile.
5. How to control them
Your browser can block or delete cookies. Instructions sit in its settings under Privacy or Cookies. Blocking essential cookies may stop you staying signed in to the WordPress editor; it will not stop you reading these public pages.
