Questions
Every answer we keep on the site. If yours is not here, write to us and a person will read it.
Account
Email and a password, on iPhone or at go.myreflections.app. Google and Apple sign-in are on iPhone when your device offers them.
From You on iPhone, share a CSV of your reflections. On the web, open You then Export. You can also write to [email protected] if you need help.

Yes. One account. Sign in on iPhone or at go.myreflections.app and you get the same journal.
You, then your profile. Name, bio and photo are there. Timezone is on the web app.
Write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with. We will help you get back in.
There is no in-app delete yet. Write to us from the address on the account and we will remove it.
You. Reflections sit on your account. We do not read them unless you send one in for support.
Billing

Not as a self-serve plan. If you are coaching a group or buying for a school or charity, write to us and we will look at it.
Privacy
Nobody, until you share it. Reflections stay private to your account. Groups only see what belongs in that group.
Open: members can see completed shared reflections in the group. Closed: only the owner sees member reflections. You still keep your own record either way.
Yes. Anyone with the link can open a summary. They do not need an account. Treat the link like a document you emailed.
Reflection Bot scores tone when you leave it on. Turn Sentiment analysis off in You (iPhone) or Profile (web). It does not chat, advise, or replace a coach.
No. It is a private practice. Groups are invite-only rooms, not a feed of other people's journals.
Using the app
Capture, pick a type, rate what happened, write a short note. Highlights, lowlights, tags and adjustments are optional.
Meetings, tasks, journals, daily check-ins, photo journals and more. Most types are on Free. Photo journals need Professional.
Optional fields on a reflection. Use them when you want a sharper record. They are not required.
A short mood rating and three prompts, then an overall rating for the day. It is a type of reflection, not a separate product.
On iPhone, Journal entry has Dictate. Speech stays on the device for that step.
Yes. Open it from your list. You can edit a completed reflection or delete it.
On iPhone, Capture queues until you are back online. Editing and finishing a stub need a connection.
Not in this version. Use the iPhone app or go.myreflections.app. Android comes later.
A tone score on a saved reflection. It is not a chatbot and it is not therapy. You can turn it off.
Tie a goal to reflection types or tags and a count. Progress shows in Insights.
Open Reflections, then filter by time, type or tag.
Coaching and teams
You can share a reflection or a report with a group. You cannot write as someone else. Each person keeps their own record.
Invite link or QR. Joining is Free. Creating a group is Professional.
Professional, then Groups. Name, mission, open or closed, invite with a link or QR. Standard groups hold up to 5 members.
Someone allowed to ask posts a prompt. Each member completes their own reflection. In a closed group, other members do not see your answer.
Not yet. Members who are not the owner can leave. Write to us if you need a group taken down.
Not in this version. Groups are for shared prompts and reports, not a comment thread.
Reports
A dated report over a stretch of reflections. Figures open the notes behind them. This is the replacement for the old weekly report.
Share on the report. Anyone with the link can view a summary. They do not need an account.
Deep dives cover the same job with a date range you choose. Old weekly share links from the previous app do not carry over.
Notifications
You, then Reminders. Pick a time and weekdays. The phone must allow notifications.
A reminder nudges you to capture. A scheduled reflection (Professional) opens a stub at the time you set, ready to rate and finish.
Professional inbound webhooks. Create a key under Webhooks in the app, then POST JSON to your personal URL. The request opens a pending reflection; you still rate it. Setup, fields, and examples: https://www.myreflections.app/docs/webhooks/
